Terms of Service

Last updated 23 Oct 2026

These terms set out what you can expect from Feeno and what we expect from you. We've tried to keep them short and in plain language.

01The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Feeno (“Feeno”, “we”), which runs the Feeno service. By creating an account or using Feeno you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

If you use Feeno for a business or another organization, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to do so. You must be at least 18.

02Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure: what happens under your Feeno account is your responsibility. Tell us at our contact address (listed here soon; until then, signed-in users can use Give feedback) if you think someone else got in.

Each account starts with a personal organization. Owners and admins of an organization decide who joins it and with which role, and are responsible for the people they invite and what those people do there.

03Plans and payment

Feeno has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team) with the limits and prices shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are not on sale yet; until they are, every account is on the Free plan.

When paid plans start:

  • Prices are in shekels before VAT, which is added where it applies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are handled by a payment provider under its own terms; Feeno doesn't see or store your full card number.
  • Your rights to cancel under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, where they apply, are not limited by these terms.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you.

If you go over a plan's limits, nothing is deleted; you just can't add more until you upgrade or the next month begins.

04Your content

Everything you add or import (services, invoices, files, notes and logins) remains yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run Feeno for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to add what you add, including information about other people and invoices from third parties. You can download or delete your content at any time from Settings.

05Connected inboxes

When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorize Feeno to read your mailbox, with read-only access, to find billing emails as described in the Privacy Policy. Only connect inboxes you are allowed to share this way, such as a work inbox your employer lets you use. You can disconnect at any time.

06AI results and advice

Feeno uses AI to read receipts and invoices and to suggest categories. AI makes mistakes: amounts, dates, VAT and whether something is a donation can be read wrongly. Check what matters before relying on it.

Feeno helps you organize records. It is not tax, accounting, financial or legal advice, and it doesn't replace your accountant. Whether an expense is deductible or a donation qualifies for a tax credit is for you and your advisers to decide.

07Saved logins

You can store logins for your services in Feeno. We encrypt their secrets (see Security), but a dedicated password manager is still the safer home for important passwords, and Feeno can link to entries there instead. Store secrets only if you accept that risk, and remember that admins and members of your organization can see them.

08Acceptable use

Don't use Feeno to:

  • break the law, or store content you have no right to;
  • access other people's data or inboxes without their permission;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission (see Security for how to report issues);
  • overload the service, get around its limits, or access it by automated means other than features we provide;
  • copy, resell or build a competing product from the service;
  • upload malware or anything meant to harm the service or its users.

09Other services

Feeno works with services we don't control, such as Google, Microsoft, the vendors whose emails it reads and the websites of the services you track. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them, for example when a provider changes or withdraws access to your inbox.

10Changes and availability

Feeno is a young product and keeps changing. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We'll try to give notice before removing something you rely on, and you can always export your data first.

11Ending the agreement

You can stop using Feeno and delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Unless the law or the risk prevents it, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data. If we ever shut down the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.

12Disclaimer

Feeno is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders, imports and AI results will be complete and accurate. Keep your own records of anything you must not lose, such as invoices you need for tax.

13Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Feeno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, lost data, missed renewals or cancellations, or tax penalties. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₪100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

14Indemnity

If you use Feeno for a business and someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

15Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to go to court there.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you by email or in Feeno at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Feeno after that, the new terms apply; if you don't accept them, you can delete your account.
